The other pack leaders think I resemble one; is that a positive or a negative? well I am still trying to figure that one out!

Understand that the best candidates do not always get the job. It's not only about how good you are, it's about how good 'they' think you are, so focus on how you come across at interview as well. Candidates should practise interview techniques, it's not a natural situation to be in so your time should be equally split between focussing on content and delivery. Apparently because I do look like one and that the Brussels Griffon is seen as a highly strung small breed of dog, with a bark bigger than you would expect for its size.
