Our aim is to source the best candidates possible for our client. Therefore, although we have a database, it is not our focus unlike many of our competitors. Our view is that the best candidates are usually already doing a good job for someone else, therefore we predominantly utilise a range of headhunting, networking and advertising methods to source talent. However the main advantage we have is that our consultants are extremely experienced and have a wealth of knowledge and contacts within the industry. We don't hire anyone without a proven track record of success within digital recruitment; therefore you will always be working with experienced recruiters who can deliver the results you demand.

Here are a few other points that we believe you should know!

1. We don't send CVs unless we have the candidate’s permission and we believe, following an interview, that they are suitable for you.

2. We will try and meet all our candidates face to face and if for some reason we cannot do this we will inform you straight away.

3. Our candidate interviews are competency based and comprehensive. We will provide a SWOT analysis of all candidates we send through to you.

4. We do not headhunt from our clients. This happens more than you can imagine and is rife in the industry. Our consultants have experienced this before when working at other digital recruiters and we decided from day one it will not happen at Digital Minds. If we work with you, we are loyal to you and will not breach that trust.
